My name is Randy Gerloff and I formed Equity Consulting LLC in January 2007. The accounting and financial world is not new to me as I have almost 30 years of experience. I had an Accounting Practice in the 1980's and 1990's with the goal of providing great service at a reasonable price. From 1996 through 2006 I was in private industry employed as a Chief Financial Officer for a medium size organization responsible for all the accounting and finance aspects of the organization. At the end of 2006, I decided to resign and operate an accounting and tax firm once again. I received my CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license in 1984 and have always believed in outstanding service to my clients because of my dedication to the three underlying principles of professionalism, responsiveness and quality.
